Collection Costs: You agree to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this Agreement, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.

Late Charges: If your payment is more than 15 days past due you will be required to pay a late charge of 5% of the payment amount.

Annual Percentage Rate = APR
1. The APR received will be within the range disclosed above. The rate will be based on each member’s creditworthiness, term of the loan, and value of collateral offered compared to amount of loan. Please ask for the rate that you may qualify for. Used/New Auto Loan Payment Example: $20,000 for 60 months at 5.75% APR = $384.34 monthly payment. Does not include debt protection. Used/New Motorcycle Payment Example: $15,000 for 60 months at 6.75% APR = $295.25 monthly payment. Does not include debt protection. Marine/Recreational Vehicle Payment Example: $15,000 for 84 months at 7.25% APR = $228.23 monthly payment. Personal Loan Payment Example: $7,500 for 48 months at 9.00% APR = $186.64 monthly payment. Does not include debt protection.
2. Minimum Payment: The payment on your Overdraft Line of Credit will be a minimum of $20 monthly.
3. Savings Secured: Pledged Funds must be in a Blue Eagle Credit Union Savings Account. Savings Secured Payment Example: $5,000 for 36 months at 5.25% APR = $150.42 monthly payment
4. APR is based on the prime rate plus a margin and is subject to change monthly.
5. Must maintain adequate insurance. Minimum loan amount for term of 96 months is $25,000. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate.
6. Minimum loan amount for HELOC and Home Equity is $10,000. HELOC has draw period of 25 years, payment is based on 15 year assumed term. Fixed HE Payment Example: $50,000 for 180 months at 6.00% APR = $421.93 monthly payment. HELOC Payment Example: $25,000 for 180 months at 8.00% APR = $238.91 monthly payment. HELOC Closing Cost Example: $598.33 in closing costs based on $25,000 loan amount.
