2024 Annual Meeting
We’re hosting our 2024 Annual Meeting on September 8, 2024. There will not be an option to attend virtually this year. See how to register below! Pre-registration is required and seating is limited. Get your ticket early!

+ How to Register
To get the Blue Eagle Credit Union digital banking app:
- If you are an Adult Primary Account Holder, log into MyCU Digital Banking
- Click on the Annual Meeting Registration banner ad at the top of the screen.
- Click on Get Tickets to order your Annual Meeting ticket and one for anyone in your household attending with you that is not a member. Children under age 18, designated as a Primary Account Holder, should be registered individually. Please see the instructions in bullet #10 below.
- Select the appropriate ticket(s) from the following options, you will need to scroll to see the Household selections:
- Primary Account Holder (Adult) - this is you. Only one Account Holder can be selected for each registration. All members must register individually to be eligible for prizes.
- Primary Account Holder (Child) - this child is under the age of 18, the primary person on their account, and in the household of the registering Adult Primary Account Holder. The Primary Account Holder Child must be registered individually to be eligible for prizes.
- Household Adult - this is a non-member adult living in your household. This person is not prize eligible.
- Household Child - this is a non-member child living in your house. This person is not prize eligible.
- Click Register.
- Complete Contact Information for the Primary Account Holder (the person registering).
- Click Register, again.
- Thanks for your order! will display. You will get an email confirmation.
- You are now registered! We have your information and will be able to check you in at the Annual Meeting.
- If you are an Adult Primary Account Holder and have a child with a youth membership account, under the age of 18:
- complete your own registration, including anyone in your household that is not a member
- start the process again to register your youth member individually
- select Account Holder Youth
- complete the remaining steps
- repeat for any additional youth members
- they will now be eligible for prize
This registration will reserve your seat at the Annual Meeting. Remember we have limited seats so get your tickets early! If you need assistance registering, please give us a call at 540-342-3429.

Board of Directors Election
The Blue Eagle Credit Union is guided by a 9-person volunteer Board of Directors. This volunteer Board guides our credit union’s operations, strategic goals, and overall activities. There are three (3) Board positions open for election each year, each serving a three-year term. Any required voting for 2024 will be conducted at the Annual Meeting only. There will be no nominations from the floor. An election will not be conducted by ballot when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled. Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition. Petitions must be signed by a minimum of 181 Blue Eagle Credit Union members (1% of our membership as of December 31, 2023). Each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications, biographical data, agreement of nomination, and willingness to serve if elected along with the petition. These items must be received in the credit union office by July 30, 2024.
